How to Redeem an iTunes Gift Card on iPhone, iPad & Mac

Once you receive your code, adding it to your Apple ID takes less than a minute.
On iPhone or iPad
- Open the App Store.
- Tap your profile picture at the top right.
- Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code.
- Type the code, or tap Use Camera to scan it.
- Tap Redeem. The balance appears under your account name.
On Mac
- Open the App Store app.
- Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Redeem Gift Card.
- Enter the code and confirm.
If the code does not work
- Region mismatch: a US card needs a US-region Apple ID. See this guide.
- Typing mistakes: check letters and numbers that look alike, such as O and 0.
- Already used: a code can be redeemed only once. Contact us within 24 hours and we will check it.
